The Level 3 HACCP for Manufacturing course provides learners with advanced knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) systems within food production and manufacturing environments. This qualification focuses on developing the competence required to design, implement, monitor, and manage effective HACCP-based food safety management systems in line with UK and EU regulations.

The course is delivered fully online through interactive modules with audio voiceover and practical examples tailored to food manufacturing settings. Learners can study at their own pace using a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, with 24/7 learner assistance available.
Assessment is conducted through an online examination at the end of the course. Results are provided instantly, and learners may retake the assessment if required at no additional cost.
Upon successful completion, learners will receive an accredited Level 3 HACCP for Manufacturing certificate. A digital certificate is issued immediately, with the option to request a printed copy (postal charges apply). Although certificates do not have a fixed expiry date, annual refresher training is recommended to maintain compliance and best practice standards.
