Terms & Conditions of Use
Application
1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by the Service Provider to the Client.
1.2. In case of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other terms (including those of the Client), these terms shall take precedence unless the Service Provider expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
The Services
2.1. From the Commencement Date, the Service Provider agrees to deliver the services outlined in the Agreement in exchange for the agreed Fees.
2.2. The Service Provider will perform the services with reasonable care and skill.
2.3. The Service Provider will make every reasonable effort to fulfil its obligations under the Agreement.
